- ½ cup Chia seed (key ingredient to hold everything together)
- ½ cup Sunflower seed
- ½ cup Sesame seed
- ½ cup Pumpkin seeds
- ½ cup Flaxseed
- 1 small cup water
Warm the oven to 120 degrees temperature.
Mix all ingredients. Add 1 cup water, paste needs to be a little thick, not too watery to allow chia seeds to bind.
Let ingredients sit for at least 15 mins, so chia has time to bind. You are looking for a sticky consistency.
Once ready place all ingredients on your parchment paper. Place another paper on top (sandwich the ingredients in between) use rolling pin to flat out. I roll mine out on a chopping board. Once done pill parchment paper.
Sprinkle (cracked) salt to taste.
Oven bake 200 degrees for about 15-20 mins watch it as it will burn!!
